Job Summary

Leading recruitment efforts for specialized and technical positions, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will focus on sourcing and engaging cleared engineers nationwide while managing recruitment programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates, particularly cleared engineers and specialized technical talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 8 years of experience filling defense-related engineering/technical openings within defense contractors
• Minimum 5 years of experience filling engineering positions
• Minimum 5 years of experience filling positions that require TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI w/Polygraph
