Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Summary
To support complex hiring initiatives in the defense industry, the contract-to-direct Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, partner with hiring managers, and source highly qualified technical and security-cleared professionals in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop recruiting strategies
- Source and engage qualified candidates, maintaining talent pipelines for current and future needs
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for government contracting, aerospace, or defense industries
- 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates with TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearances
- 3+ years managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Experience recruiting specialized engineering or technical talent
