Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support a dynamic talent acquisition team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and cleared engineering roles in a remote, temp-to-direct capacity, focusing on building talent pipelines and engaging candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and maintain applicant tracking system records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
- 10+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
- 10+ years of experience with Excel and Outlook
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill cleared positions (Top Secret, TS/SCI with Polygraph)
