Job Summary

Supporting the recruiting team remotely, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking while leading various recruitment projects to enhance the hiring process.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and oversee multiple recruitment projects from initiation to completion

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition with project management experience
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field is preferred
