Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders across EMEA, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will independently drive recruitment strategies to fill critical roles, leveraging deep expertise in sourcing and market intelligence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on business goals and needs across EMEA and the Americas
• Provide talent market intelligence and guidance to HR and business leaders on multi-country hiring and compensation
• Directly recruit and source candidates for a wide range of functions, including senior leadership roles, using AI tools to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience across EMEA and Americas markets, including senior roles
• Proven ability to engage passive talent and convert them into active applicants
• Strong experience with social media and brand ambassador presence in the recruitment landscape
• High proficiency in recruitment tools and systems, including ATS and AI tools like Claude and Google Gemini
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
