Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist working remotely, the successful candidate will partner with business leaders across EMEA to develop and execute recruitment strategies, source candidates for critical roles, and provide talent market intelligence while leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within business lines to understand goals and develop proactive recruitment strategies for EMEA and Americas roles
• Engage and source candidates across various functions and levels, including senior leadership, while utilizing AI tools for efficiency
• Act as a brand ambassador on social media to strengthen talent pipelines and support hiring leaders in building their online presence

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience across EMEA and Americas markets, with expertise in filling senior roles
• Proven ability to engage passive talent and navigate multi-country hiring environments
• Strong experience with social media and demonstrated brand ambassador presence in vertical markets
• High proficiency in recruitment tools, including ATS and CRM systems, as well as AI tools like Claude and Google Gemini
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
