Job Summary

Driving full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage candidate sourcing, align hiring with business needs, and ensure a strong candidate experience while optimizing recruitment budgets and metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance for consulting roles
• Partner with practice leads to forecast hiring needs and prioritize key roles
• Build a proactive sourcing engine to reduce reliance on job boards and external agencies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a consulting or professional services environment
• Demonstrated record of exceeding hiring targets with measurable metrics
• Experience hiring across various levels, including senior leadership
• Strong financial acumen related to recruiting budgets and agency fee structures
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools, such as iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
