Job Summary

Proactively managing end-to-end recruitment efforts for U.S. and LATAM roles, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for various business functions across U.S. and LATAM regions
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies that enhance hiring quality and speed
• Lead sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management while maintaining compliance with employment regulations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or startup environments
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across multiple functions
• Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices and familiarity with LATAM regulations
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of using metrics to improve recruiting outcomes
