Leading full-cycle recruitment for complex technical positions, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will utilize sourcing expertise and market intelligence to attract engineering, manufacturing, operational, and skilled-trades talent across North America, with flexible location options available.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operational, and skilled-trades roles
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and facilitate discussions with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and interview strategies
- Advise on labor-market intelligence and build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required qualifications
- At least six years of experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition, with a focus on complex searches
- Proven success in recruiting technical and skilled-trades talent
- Strong passive-sourcing skills, including Boolean search and candidate relationship management
- Experience advising hiring managers on technical talent markets and selection decisions
- An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
