Senior Talent Advisor

Job Summary

To enhance talent acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Talent Advisor will lead recruitment efforts, develop talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a variety of industries
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
