Senior Talent Attraction Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Attraction Media team on a remote, full-time basis, the Senior Talent Attraction Media Manager will engage with stakeholders to address hiring needs, develop recruitment marketing strategies, and coordinate content and campaigns across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to identify hiring needs and candidate attraction challenges
• Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing ideas aligned with live hiring priorities
• Coordinate communication and campaign activities across social media, email, and other channels while keeping stakeholders informed

Required qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in managing stakeholders and asking insightful questions
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate attraction
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, or communications is beneficial but not mandatory
