Job Summary
To support a prominent client, the remote Senior Talent Marketing Specialist will manage recruitment marketing campaigns, candidate engagement communications, and vendor relationships on a 6-month contract basis during CST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid recruitment marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies
- Provide oversight and analytics for the Phenom-powered career site and related candidate experience tools
- Coordinate global recruitment marketing email campaigns and manage communication planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or digital marketing
- Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in executing recruitment marketing campaigns and delivering marketing analytics
