Senior Talent Partner
Job Summary
To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time Senior Talent Partner will establish creative sourcing strategies, manage candidate experiences, and utilize an applicant tracking system while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establishes and implements innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
- Manages the candidate experience by communicating regularly with candidates and hiring managers
- Tracks recruitment metrics and provides strategic analysis to hiring managers for alignment in the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience or equivalent education and training
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and coaching
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools
- Experience using candidate databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
