Job Summary
Leading talent initiatives, the full-time Senior Talent Producer will manage guest bookings, pitch content ideas, and cultivate relationships across ESPN and Disney platforms in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively pitch and secure guests and content ideas to ensure optimal guest appearances across platforms
- Show leadership within the Talent Producers group by guiding team members and managing direct reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with athletes, coaches, and celebrities to enhance booking outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Deep sports knowledge and experience in guest/talent booking
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the sports media or broadcast industry
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the media industry
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
