Senior Talent Producer

Job Summary

Leading talent initiatives, the full-time Senior Talent Producer will work remotely to pitch, book guests, and manage talent relationships across ESPN and Disney platforms while collaborating with production teams to influence content and ensure timely guest appearances.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively pitch and secure guests and content ideas while managing relationships within the Talent Production group
• Guide and lead less experienced team members, fostering collaboration and effective communication
• Develop and maintain relationships with athletes, coaches, and celebrities to facilitate successful guest bookings across platforms

Required qualifications:

• Deep sports knowledge and experience in guest/talent booking
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the media industry and ability to adapt to changing production situations
• Experience in preparing and submitting story ideas and show pitches
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
