Senior Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
To support the recruitment of specialized talent in clinical and data science fields, the remote Senior Talent Sourcer will engage in strategic sourcing, build talent maps, and develop proactive outreach campaigns while partnering with hiring teams to create sustainable talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Build talent maps and identify candidates through various professional and technical channels
- Develop targeted sourcing campaigns and personalized outreach to engage passive candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and monitor sourcing metrics for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Over five (5+) years of experience in specialized, technical, scientific, or healthcare recruiting
- Demonstrated success with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Experience sourcing highly specialized professionals, including physicians and data scientists
- Hands-on experience using AI-enabled recruiting technology
