Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the fully remote Contract Senior Tax Associate - CPA Required will provide US individual tax services, including tax preparation, planning, and consulting for Baker Tilly Partners, while managing a client portfolio of approximately 75 clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide compliance and consulting services to BT Partners
- Perform technical review of complex individual tax returns and supporting documents
- Lead multiple engagements focused on proactive tax planning and strategic consulting
Required qualifications
- Three (3)+ years' experience in tax return review and planning for high net worth individuals
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or a similar business degree; advanced degree desirable
- CPA or EA strongly preferred
- Multi-state tax compliance experience, including understanding of composite and pass-through entity tax
- Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience preferred
