Senior Technical Account Manager
Job Summary
Owning the technical relationship for assigned federal programs, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will provide advisory support on cybersecurity and compliance while directing the work of engineers in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical relationship with government stakeholders, advising on cybersecurity and compliance risks
- Guide alignment with DoD Risk Management Framework and NIST standards, ensuring adherence to security protocols
- Direct the technical efforts of Forward Deployed Engineers, setting priorities and maintaining delivery quality
Required qualifications
- 9 or more years in technical account management, project management, or cybersecurity consulting
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret
- Advanced knowledge of DoD cybersecurity frameworks, including RMF and NIST standards
- Experience advising on risk management and compliance for ISSO and ISSM functions
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience required; Master's Degree preferred
