Job Summary
Owning the technical integrations for strategic partners, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage onboarding for DSPs and SSPs, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure accurate event tracking while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical onboarding and integration for DSPs and SSPs, ensuring bid requests and responses are accurate
- Run integrations with MMPs, configuring event postbacks and reconciling conversion discrepancies
- Act as the technical point of contact for partners, providing real-time support and building integration plans
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in ad tech in a technical account management or related role
- Fluency in oRTB and hands-on experience with MMP integrations
- Strong knowledge of supply chain transparency standards, including ads.txt and sellers.json
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and SQL for data analysis
- Experience as a technical owner for strategic partners, with clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
