Senior Technical Analyst
Job Summary
To drive the design and delivery of autonomous document-generation and cognitive-search platforms, the fully remote Senior Technical Analyst will manage product backlogs, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the realm of agentic AI systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own and refine the product backlog for agentic document-generation solutions, ensuring output quality and traceability
- Drive end-to-end delivery of agentic AI features, translating business requirements into user stories and managing cross-team dependencies
- Monitor AI-generated content quality and support compliance with quality-system and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years in product/business analysis within technology, Life Sciences, or regulated environments
- Demonstrable expertise in agentic AI systems and multi-step autonomous AI workflows
- Hands-on experience with large language models and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Strong understanding of semantic search and vector databases
- Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear business requirements and acceptance criteria
