Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Senior Technical Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, focusing on translating business requirements into technical solutions, writing high-quality code, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Translating business requirements into clear technical designs and ensuring alignment with system architecture
- Writing and optimizing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions while maintaining code quality through reviews
- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Required qualifications
- BS in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field with programming coursework
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, or C++
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with complex queries and database management
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing requirement and solution design sessions
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum or RUP
