Job Summary
Leading multiple customer engagements, the full-time Senior Technical Architect will guide architecture decisions, establish implementation frameworks, and ensure successful deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and AI-driven capabilities while working remotely and being available during customer business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution assessment, and implementation planning activities for customer engagements
- Oversee multiple implementation pods and provide technical leadership across customer accounts
- Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development to demonstrate capabilities to customers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Extensive experience leading Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user management, and data architecture
- Experience with Agentforce, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions, or emerging GenAI technologies
- Expertise in APIs, integrations, and solution architecture
