Senior Technical Brand Manager

Job Summary

Driving the technical narrative for a leading tech company, the full-time Senior Technical Brand Manager will own the editorial strategy for the Airbnb Tech Blog, collaborate across teams to create cohesive stories, and enhance the public presence of engineering leaders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end editorial process for the Airbnb Tech Blog, ensuring timely publication and high-quality content
• Identify and develop cross-team narratives that connect individual technical contributions into cohesive stories
• Establish and oversee the external presence and strategy for conferences, sponsorships, and academic collaborations

Required qualifications:

• Substantial experience in technical content, developer relations, or engineering communications
• Technical fluency with the ability to engage in systems design discussions and evaluate engineering content
• Proven editorial judgment and the ability to enhance technical writing while preserving the author's voice
• Experience managing events, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively
• Strong understanding of measurement and attribution in brand work related to hiring outcomes
