Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the requirements lifecycle from intake through implementation, the fully remote Senior Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with government stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements while participating in testing activities and supporting technology solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and process requirements
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate technical requirements, translating them into functional specifications and other SDLC documentation
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities while owning the product backlog and leading delivery planning

Required Qualifications

• US citizen or authorized to work in the US with eligibility for a federal government client badge and successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of experience in business analysis, program support, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans and documentation
• Experience facilitating meetings with various stakeholders and driving accountability for follow-up actions
