Senior Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner between business and technology, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business and technical requirements for enterprise systems and integrations
- Evaluate solution options and recommend approaches that balance scalability, performance, risk, and cost
- Serve as a senior technical liaison to establish a shared understanding of requirements and system behavior across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related technical role
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying complex relational databases
- Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum software development environments
