Job Summary
Delivering moderately complex Analytics and AI solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will translate business needs into analytical specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess business needs and user requirements to create actionable specifications for AI and analytical solutions
- Collaborate with client services, product, engineering, and architecture teams to align on project scope and dependencies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria to facilitate clear communication
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in technical business analysis, data analytics, solution design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and Python
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps and hands-on with GenAI / LLM-based applications
- Proven experience with REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask) and strong understanding of prompt engineering principles
