Job Summary
Partnering closely with business leaders and technical teams, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will drive the delivery of data and analytics solutions in the healthcare domain, focusing on requirements gathering, complex data analysis, and Agile project management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for healthcare data initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and validation using advanced SQL and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, create user stories, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare business processes and data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience using MS SQL Server
- Experience working with GCP and BigQuery for data analysis activities
