Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Senior Technical Business Analyst will manage business processes impacted by data and systems, focusing on process improvements, vendor relationships, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Participates in Business Process Management (BPM) by modeling processes, assessing results, and ensuring compliance with government requirements
• Provides project management and serves as a subject matter expert for large projects, including planning, analysis, and quality assurance
• Develops and maintains complex queries and reports to support decision-making and performance improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, business analysis, or information systems, or eight years of relevant experience
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
• Demonstrated ability to design and run complex queries and reports
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (SDLC)
• In-depth understanding of healthcare business processes and data exchange
