Job Summary
To support the Data Warehouse Modernization initiative, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will gather and document business and functional requirements, define project scope, and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Work with agency business partners and technical teams to identify system requirements
- Develop and execute QAT and UAT test plans
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience working throughout the application development lifecycle
- Strong requirements gathering experience
- Experience with Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO)
