Senior Technical Consultant
Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Consultant, this full-time remote position will manage implementations and projects for customers, focusing on AI-enabled solution deployments while serving as a subject matter expert on SaaS technologies within the Professional Services line of business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute on customer implementations and AI-enabled solution deployments within the platform
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to translate CRM usage into Outreach integration functionality
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on Outreach technologies and AI features for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years in a technical or support capacity
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with a history of mastering new technologies quickly
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and workflows, along with practical application skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience collaborating with enterprise-level customers
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders effectively
