Senior Technical Consultant
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing business, the full-time Senior Technical Consultant will analyze user needs, provide technical support, and develop solutions for customer support cases, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints
- Provide top-quality technical support and resolve customer technical issues through research and troubleshooting
- Consult with customers on software system design and maintenance, ensuring product functionality aligns with specifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Five years of experience in a related occupation with demonstrated experience in Master Data Management (MDM) software
- Experience with ETL tools and cloud-based infrastructure concepts
- Proficiency in programming/analysis/design with Java, Python, or SQL
- Familiarity with data modeling and messaging systems such as SQS or JMS
