Senior Technical Consultant
Job Summary
To support the growth of customer implementations, the full-time Senior Technical Consultant will lead integration workstreams, conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, and build reusable integrations while collaborating with Platform Engineering in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and project manage integration workstreams for customer implementations
- Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document customers' integration requirements
- Build and deploy well-documented, maintainable integrations across various clients
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience delivering technical solutions in a software or consulting environment
- Experience in a complex technology organization, preferably in a microservices environment
- Practical software development or systems engineering experience, including building and deploying technical solutions
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical challenges in multi-system environments
- Comfort engaging directly with customers and vendors to scope and troubleshoot integrations
