Senior Technical Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

To support system configurations and upgrades within Epic, the full-time Senior Technical Delivery Specialist will oversee the delivery and implementation of technical solutions, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
• Facilitates collaboration among stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Communicates project status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders, supporting transparency and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with an associate degree or high school equivalency
• Healthcare experience with Claims systems, Epic systems, or similar systems
• Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• Certification in project management or related methodologies (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma)
• In-depth understanding of enterprise SDLC, metrics, and reporting dashboards
