Job Summary
To accelerate technical go-to-market initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Enablement Engineer will manage multiple projects, develop proficiency in Zscaler's products, and create enablement plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage simultaneous technical enablement projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes across global time zones
- Develop proficiency in Zscaler's products to design and refine demos, proof-of-value processes, and architectural workshops
- Create and execute enablement plans, programs, and technical content using AI-assisted tools
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering
- Demonstrated presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical knowledge to professional audiences
- Experience as a sales engineer or equivalent for a cybersecurity vendor or technology partner
- Proven history of integrating AI tools to enhance workflows and problem-solving
- Ability to meet domestic and international travel requirements as needed for the role
