Job Summary
To support the Technical Enablement Programs organization, the full-time Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager will manage the creation and delivery of programming that enhances technical efficacy, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives operational alignment, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Technical Efficacy by translating complex architectural changes into actionable requirements for technical teams
- Build the Technical Toolkit by converting product updates into essential resources like playbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Drive Operational Alignment by partnering with key stakeholders to elevate best practices and ensure consistency across technical roles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements in a high-tech B2B environment
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles and technical troubleshooting
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience consulting and influencing senior leadership and executives
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with various teams
