Senior Technical Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the technical integration and implementation of an AI-powered platform, the full-time Senior Technical Implementation Manager will serve as the primary technical expert for college and university partners, managing complex system integrations and ensuring successful implementations remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical workstream for partner implementations, from discovery and integration scoping through testing and go-live
- Investigate and resolve complex integration and data issues across partner systems and configurations
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partner IT, registrar, and enrollment teams throughout the implementation process
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on technical proficiency with integration technologies and tools, including SFTP, SSO, REST APIs, and SQL
- Experience working with complex datasets and troubleshooting technical challenges across multiple systems
- Ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and ownership of technical challenges
