Job Summary
Owning the onboarding journey for enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Technical Implementation Specialist will manage workstreams for data connections, historical ingestion, and quality assurance, while serving as a consultant to clients on data preparation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own named workstreams within enterprise onboardings, ensuring timely delivery and managing dependencies
- Act as a consultant on data preparation to meet model requirements, distinguishing firm requirements from acceptable tradeoffs
- Lead client-facing sessions, translating technical requirements for diverse stakeholders and managing expectations on timelines and dependencies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, data onboarding, or technical account management in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years in a client-facing role with a focus on technical delivery and external stakeholder engagement
- Extensive experience with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data platforms and integrations
- BA/BS preferred, with a background in technical fields or data analytics
