Job Summary
To support a dynamic technical sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant will develop and manage technical knowledge assets, facilitate training initiatives, and enhance seller performance through effective knowledge management strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Curate and maintain the technical knowledge library, ensuring content quality and alignment with business objectives
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for technical sales professionals while identifying knowledge gaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align knowledge initiatives with strategic priorities and improve seller effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, or knowledge management
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical content for technical audiences
- Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, and security
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
