Senior Technical Lead
Job Summary
To support validation activities in a regulated environment, the full-time Senior Technical Lead will manage end-to-end processes for Data Platforms, Data Lakes, and Analytics while leading teams and providing guidance in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate Data Platforms, Data Lakes, and Analytics, ensuring compliance with GxP standards
- Oversee multiple dispositions for various managers, managing tasks with limited supervision
- Write and execute documentation for validation deliverables, including plans, protocols, and reports
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry
- Experience in FDA and/or globally regulated environments with a strong understanding of GxP standards
- Proven ability to lead and advise junior and senior resources
- Experience in QA methodologies and reviewing test plans and scripts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
