Senior Technical Lead
Job Summary
Acting as the primary technical subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Technical Lead will manage solution design and clinical workflow configuration for home health and hospice applications, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations while collaborating with clinical leaders and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the onshore liaison between clinical operational leaders and IT, translating regulatory requirements into system specifications
- Design, build, configure, and support Epic Dorothy and Epic Comfort applications, including clinical flowsheets and visit documentation
- Coordinate home health billing workflows and manage interfaces with third-party tools and medical devices
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Dorothy (Home Health) and Epic Comfort (Hospice) applications
- Strong understanding of CMS OASIS documentation and home health regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in clinical workflow design and configuration
- Ability to lead requirements gathering and clinical advisory sessions
- Familiarity with home health billing processes and integration with electronic systems
