Senior Technical Lead Architect

Job Summary

Providing senior, hands-on technical leadership for a large-scale agile software development and platform modernization program, the full-time Senior Technical Lead Architect will collaborate with integrated architecture teams, translate approved architectures into actionable guidance, and oversee implementation across multiple workstreams and vendors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior implementation-focused technical lead for a large-scale platform modernization program
• Communicate approved solution designs and provide day-to-day technical leadership to engineering teams implementing various solutions
• Review technical deliverables to ensure alignment with approved architecture and established engineering standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in software engineering, with at least five years leading technical implementation for complex programs
• Demonstrated experience translating enterprise architecture designs into detailed technical direction and implementation plans
• Deep experience with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
• Proven ability to mentor technical leads and engineers across multiple Agile teams and vendors
