Senior Technical Lead MDM

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Technical Lead MDM will manage the master data lifecycle for critical domains, ensuring data quality and consistency while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the master data lifecycle for core domains, defining and maintaining standards and rules for data integrity
• Execute data quality assessments and lead remediation initiatives to enhance the accuracy and reliability of master data
• Collaborate with systems engineering teams to ensure proper integration and consistency of master data across platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in MDM, data quality, or enterprise data management with senior-level ownership of complex initiatives
• Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with Python or Power Query for data analysis and remediation
• Proven ability to deliver MDM projects in resource-constrained environments without dedicated MDM software
• Expertise in entity resolution and master data design, including matching strategies and governance
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM systems such as Informatica MDM, Semarchy, or Stibo STEP
