- Manage retrofit projects and develop resource models to quantify program demand and staffing needs
- Establish clear ownership and accountability across complex technical workstreams while tracking risks and issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in data centers or related environments
- Demonstrated experience building programs from the ground up and driving measurable results
- Experience developing program plans, roadmaps, and executive reporting
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
