Job Summary
To support a long-term engagement with a technology-driven financial services organization, the full-time Senior Technical Practitioner will operate as a hands-on individual contributor, shaping architecture, solving complex technical problems, and mentoring experienced engineers in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineering stakeholders to address complex technical challenges
- Design and enhance production-critical systems related to payments and transaction processing
- Establish engineering best practices around reliability, security, and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Proven experience at a Staff, Principal, Architect, or equivalent senior individual-contributor level

- Strong AWS expertise in complex production environments
