Senior Technical Producer
Job Summary
As a Contract Senior Technical Producer, the successful candidate will drive the execution of complex digital projects, acting as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams while managing feature prioritization, quality assurance, and project financial oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical intermediary, translating client requirements into actionable tasks for delivery teams
- Coordinate with Technical Leads and Developers to oversee the execution of platform scaling and feature rollouts
- Conduct functional testing and Visual QA to ensure deliverables meet specifications before deployment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a digital agency leading complex client-facing projects
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills to handle competing client demands and tight deadlines
- Experience with functional and visual QA in user-facing web products
- Familiarity with agile software environments and prior exposure to LMS or CMS integrations is desirable
