Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the design and delivery of key capabilities on a value-based care platform, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will focus on incentive program management and provider activation, working remotely to define, document, and manage product specifications while collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and definition of incentive program management and provider activation capabilities
• Design and document detailed workflows, business rules, and data requirements for product features
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including writing specifications, grooming the backlog, and tracking progress

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with experience owning a capability or product area end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to define detailed product requirements and write actionable specifications
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams and flexibility in scheduling
• Hands-on approach to managing details, workflows, and edge cases
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress without complete specifications
