Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and execution for the AI Services team, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will define the roadmap, manage technical design decisions, and drive the delivery of agentic capabilities and AI quality infrastructure in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the AI Services roadmap, making trade-off decisions on sequencing and technical direction
- Specify multi-step agent behavior and translate business problems into reliable agent designs for finance users
- Build and own the evaluation framework for AI features, ensuring quality standards are met before release
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI products as a hands-on contributor
- Experience shipping large language model applications to production
- Technical fluency in agentic architectures and experience with tool interfaces for connecting agents to enterprise systems
- Practical experience in building evaluation frameworks for AI systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
