Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-driven, the remote Senior Technical Product Manager will own Oura's IT service management and employee service management platforms, leading the migration from a legacy tool to a modern, AI-native platform while ensuring seamless service for various teams such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from the legacy ITSM platform to a modern, AI-native one, ensuring no loss in service levels or employee satisfaction
- Design requests and catalog items from the employee's perspective, using feedback to continuously improve service experiences
- Govern the service catalog and request fulfillment, moving towards automated and identity-governed fulfillment processes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in IT service management, service platform, or internal-tools product roles
- Experience leading at least one end-to-end ITSM or ESM tool implementation or migration
- Strong grounding in ITSM concepts and practices (ITIL or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with modern service management platforms, including service catalog and workflow configuration
- Technical depth to make design decisions with engineers, including knowledge of REST APIs and scripting in Python or JavaScript
