Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product direction for Crossroads, the fully remote Senior Technical Product Manager will manage API design, data contracts, and onboarding improvements while collaborating closely with engineering teams and building relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Crossroads API and integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision
- Translate roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including API specifications and acceptance test criteria
- Serve as the technical product point of contact for customers and partners during integration projects
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in the software industry, with 4+ years in Product Management or Platform Product Management
- Proven success managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope and schedule management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Ability to lead customer-facing and internal governance meetings effectively
