Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product delivery for the Documents Domain integrated with the Epic EHR platform, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will define product vision, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare documentation services remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction, translating business goals into actionable product strategies
• Oversee product roadmap and backlog management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and evaluating new initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build and enhance products while managing user research and feedback

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management or healthcare informatics, with exposure to document/data pipelines and UX/UI design
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex domain services
• Proven leadership skills, capable of driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources
• Highly collaborative, with experience translating technical topics for diverse audiences
• Data-driven mindset, utilizing analytics to measure product impact and success
